Mr Jay Hill is a multifaceted entertainment host with a gift of keeping the crowd both entertained and energized. His talents lie in event hosting, motivational speaking and even as a radio personality. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Jay was forced to grow through multiple streams of adversity, whether it was the ridicule of his mothers drug addiction or the pain of growing up in a poverty ridden household. The impacts of growing up this way cause Jay’s growth to stunt both emotionally and mentally which did not help as he matriculated throughout his educational journey. This frustration that had been bottling up inside of him his entire life exploded which lead to the dismissal of his attendance at Morgan State University where he planned to study Psychology and Criminal Justice. Without his education, Jay was lost and began looking for an outlet to express the emotion and mental fatigue that he experienced and like a phoenix to the flame, Mr. Jay Hill raised from the ashes. Prior to his time at Terrestrial Radio, Mr. Jay Hill learned the ropes of his newfound calling by mainly hosting college and university events. He became an overnight celebrity with the help of his membership as a man of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Crowds of five thousand and counting filled event venues with screams and excitement. He became humbled by his success however, he knew that he could accomplish more. As soon as Jay set his sights on radio, he became one of three hosts on the Love the Culture internet radio show. It wasn’t always in his plans to become a radio host however, he believe in his success through his strong and attention grabbing personality. His massive personality landed him a role on his own show with Downtown Locker Room, LLC. On DTLR Radio, Jay orchestrated The By Popular Demand Show where he proved to his community that he was a more than capable host. Again, Jay sought to extend his reach further and did so with the creation of his No Ghostwriter franchise. Under his new household name, he welcomed artists from various genres of music to put their talent on for display visually, emotionally and creatively. Amassing over five thousand views on his YouTube channel, Jay continued to push himself in order to exceed his own expectations. Back at Morgan State University, he landed a position with WEAA 88.9 Live Radio where he successfully maintained both his new position and continued his No Ghostwriter franchise. As time moved forward and more accolades rolled in, Jay was humbled to accept a new role offered to him by one of the top ten nationally ranked radio markets. Mr. Jay Hill now currently serves as a host on the WKYS 93.9 radio show in Washington, D.C.
